If you are currently pregnant and a Harmony Health Plan member, Harmony Hugs is the program for you.  Join Harmony Hugs, and you’ll get answers to your questions and more.  We help moms have healthy babies!

You’ll get a Harmony Hugs social services coordinator who will send you educational materials.  Some topics include:

• Fetal development
• Breast-feeding
• Substance abuse and pregnancy
• Child development
• Nutrition

Your Hugs worker can also help you with:

• Making appointments for prenatal health care visits
• Arranging transportation
• Contacts for daycare, counseling, family agencies, family planning, employment, and baby supplies

There are only 2 things you have to do:

• Stay in touch with your social services coordinator
• Go to all your prenatal health care visits

You may also qualify to participate in our Prenatal Reward Program to receive a free baby stroller if you complete at least six (6) prenatal visits and one (1) visit after the birth of your baby.
